Devon Roberts is a Theater director, producer, actor and photographer (who's been known to do some graphic design work!) . Originally from Portland Oregon, Devon now resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he produces for EgoPo Classic Theater while also freelancing.
Whether in theater or photography, Devon centers joy and experimentation in his creative process. He seeks to reveal and celebrate messy truths and complex ideas about the human existence through bold theatricality and creative expression.

Devon is passionate about creating a collaborative environment that embraces the trial and error of creative exploration and seeks to develop art for the love and joy of the process. He also seeks to create an environment where the quality of process is as vital as the quality of the product and where safety, comfort and agency are equally valued.

Devon has worked with organizations including but not limited to EgoPo Classic Theatre, Kalanari Theatre Movement, Papermoon Puppet Theatre, The Orchard Project, Tectonic Theater Company, The Civilians, Portland Center Stage, Profile Theater, Fuse Theater Ensemble, Theatre Vertigo, Bag&Baggage Productions and BoomARTS.
